My Journey
If you are interested in learning a more detailed account of my journey in life so far I describe it here. I go into more detail about my developmental trauma as well as losing my mother to cancer at 14 years old and how that affected me for many years of my life. I then describe how my healing journey started and how it has changed my life for the better.


The importance of self-care
Self care means to take action to preserve or improve your own health. This is very important for our wellbeing and everyone should practice self care weekly, if not daily. Some forms of self care could be a meditation or breathwork routine. Personally, my favorite type of self care is being in nature or taking a bath.
